Youth Workers will be assigned an area of service after they have filled out the form below AND turned in a completed contract form. You can print the contract on-line (see below) or pick up a paper copy from the bulletin board in the Fellowship Hall or MMC. 

Contracts should be turned in on the bulletin board or placed in the Youth Coordinator’s church mailbox. Job assignment preferences will be given on a first-come first-serve basis, so it is to your advantage to get your form in as soon as possible.
